You can delete your ZimDrive account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Your account is anonymised immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
Email us from the address registered on your account, so we can confirm the request is genuinely yours:

Wallet transactions, top-ups and payouts are financial records. We are required to retain them for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, and they cannot be removed on request.
They are anonymised. After deletion they carry no name, email address or phone number, and cannot be traced back to you.
Your wallet balance is forfeited. Any money remaining in your ZimDrive wallet is lost when your account is deleted, and cannot be recovered afterwards. If you have a balance, please withdraw or spend it before requesting deletion.
Deletion is refused while a trip is underway — the other person needs to be able to reach you until it ends. Finish or cancel the ride, then try again.
Your account cannot be restored. You are welcome to register again in future, but your trip history, rating and wallet balance will not carry over.
